Jtable to Excel

Hi, can i save my jtable data in my computer? possibly as excel?

I added a button "save" on top of the jtable in the form. So, when i click that save button, i want to save all the data in jtable into excel(xls or cvs - anything is fine).

can someone guide me? or give link to good beginners tutorial? or can you post me an example code?
