    Can someone help me to display the Double type value in jTextField in Netbeans?

    i have tried to do it by using the statement:
    jTextField2.setText(""+Amount);

    where Amount is Double type value.

    And did it work?

    By the way, using String.valueOf(value) instead of ""+value is far less ghetto-looking.
