    Default Make NetBeans use ANSI

How can I make so NetBeaans use ANSI? Right now, some of my chars are like '' or '', I cant compile because of this. How do I fix it?

I don't think you want to use ANSI, you want to use UTF-8.
It should be default (if ANSI is not default; since ASCII should never be default) and probably is.

So your problem is that the compiler is not set to compile in UTF-8.
I've never configured NetBeans, and do not use Windows (which you apparently are), but I would guess
that you must set the files to be encoded in UTF-8, then NetBeans should fix the compiler settings, otherwise
there should be a compiler setting in NetBeans.

    Thanks, make sense.
I will try to configure it. In the mean time, I would appreciate some help on how to do it.

    Works just fine for me.

As far as a can make out of NetBeans you should set <left click on your project> → Properties → Source (at the tree to the left) → Encoding (at the button to) to UTF-8,
and if that does not work, add -encoding utf-8 (but first remove any such entry of already added and test without add) to
<left click on your project> → Properties → Build | Compiling (at the tree to the left) → Additional compiler options (at the button to),
