Did you read the tutorial on NetBeans official website?

I'm wondering that what's mean by Myspace web service? Is that really a web service on your end, or call there web service on your application (API call) ?

Yes, I have read the tutorials and couldn't find anything related to that.

Its the call to API. By default NB has twitter and facebook but no myspace API call. Whenever I try adding it, it shows error "Cannot determine if the service is of type WSDL or WADL" and says to install JAX-RPC plugin. I am using NB 6.9.1

    From the tutorial,

Note: Although we strongly recommend using the JAX-WS model for creating SOAP services, the IDE continues to support JAX-RPC web services for legacy reasons. Install the "JAX-RPC Web Services" plug-in to develop them.
