Cannot see changes in main class

Hello

I created a Java project from existing sources in Netbeans. I added several jar files to the library in order to allow the project to compile correctly. I am currently working on the program's GUI. When I make changes to the AutoTeamDesktop2.java class and run it, the changes don't show up. (Note: this class has a main and I have it set up as main class).
The changes only show up in the generated project exec jar that Netbeans create.
What can i do to be able to see changes directly after running the main class?
