    Default Background color of window

    Hi,
    I want change background color of initial default window in my project made in netbeans platform application. I tried to put image in window by writing -J-Dnetbeans.winsys.imageSource=org/netbeans/core/resources/splash.gif to platform.properties file of main module suite.. but it is not working. I didn't get anything to change color..... can anybody help me? Am i making some big mistake in above code?...... please help.................... thanx in advance.........

    what do you mean window?

    try to put JPanel first before any other JComponent.
