hello every one

i have downloaded netbeans6.8 and going to install on my windows system every thing install successfully .i have used customized installation and uncheck php,ruby,and javame from here.but at the last when installation complete and i have clicked on finish button it give the following message

An error occured while running java process warning could not get charToByteConverter Class.


what is this error means

please tell me if any body know.
