Sqlclient infoexception

hello everyone

i have a problem in netbenas while running my project.i have used mysql as database.database created succfully and connect with java but at run time it gives sqlclient info exception(Not registring driver) exception.i have faced this error at first time thats why i dont know what is the problem,i have created many projects on netbens with mysql on mysystem.but when i create a project on onther system with all the same software as my system ,at run time it gives sql client info exception.

Plz help me .
