Connecting a splash screen to a code : HELP !!!

Hello there,
Well I got this code from Sony Ericsson website for accessing the onboard cam of Z1010, well i just want to know that if i want to make a screen which has a button, once u press it then this camera code runs ... can anyone tell me how i can do that ... the link to the code is as follows,
