    Question removing the title bar and creating a full screen desktop application

    Hi

    I am a newbie to java, reasonably good in php. I am learning to develop in netbeans and trying to create a desktop application that will take up the full screen and not have any title bar. Can someone tell me how to do it.

    Appreciate any help

    Thanks

    desktop application can be created with frame.
    Go thru this link below for undecorated application.

    Default

    For full screen use

    GraphicsEnvironment.getLocalGraphicsEnvironment(). getDefaultScreenDevice().setFullScreenWindow( Frame );

    If it is undecorated it wont show the menu bar at the top.
