Problems to install NetBeans

I have problems with installing NetBeans 5.5, InstallShield writes me something like SQL query, and say that can't delete some files from temporary directory. Before 5.5 I had installed 5.0, but now i can't install it

can you help me?

Have you tried to delete the files in the temp directory yourself? May have to change file permissions
Have you tried removing the program from Add/Remove programs, or running an uninstaller that came with 5.0?
