Default JAR library is found on local computer, but not from server

I created an applications with NetBeans IDE, and I have a lib file with several JARs in it. The application and all its classes and images are in one Jar file in the dist folder, and the 3rd party jars are in dist/lib folder. If I run this from my own computer through a jnlp file, all is good. I upload the jnlp file, jar and lib to the server, everything works, except the lib can't be found by the application, even though it is on the site. What am I missing here?

    Here's the manifest:

    Manifest-Version: 1.0
    Ant-Version: Apache Ant 1.7.1
    Created-By: 11.0-b15 (Sun Microsystems Inc.)
    Main-Class: jflashcalc.JFlashTable
    Class-Path: lib/freehep-export-2.1.jar lib/freehep-graphics2d-2.1.jar
    lib/freehep-graphicsio-2.1.jar lib/freehep-graphicsio-emf-2.1.jar lib
    /freehep-graphicsio-java-2.1.jar lib/freehep-graphicsio-pdf-2.1.jar l
    ib/freehep-graphicsio-ps-2.1.jar lib/freehep-graphicsio-svg-2.1.jar l
    ib/freehep-graphicsio-swf-2.1.jar lib/freehep-graphicsio-tests-2.1.ja
    r lib/freehep-io-2.0.2.jar lib/freehep-swing-2.0.2.jar lib/freehep-ut
    il-2.0.1.jar lib/freehep-util-2.0.2.jar lib/freehep-xml-2.0.1.jar lib
    /jas-plotter-2.0.jar lib/jdom-1.0.jar lib/junit-3.8.2.jar lib/openide
    -lookup-1.9-patched-1.0.jar
X-COMMENT: Main-Class will be added automatically by build

Here's the site with the library files:

    u.arizona edu /~michaelo/lib

and the html files and jnlp called from the html are in (u. arizona .edu)/~michaelo/
(forum won't let me type in the whole link yet)

    Java console error is:

Copying the lib folder to my user home on the local machine didn't help, either.

    Thanks.
