Nabble - ide password does not match ide password.... }
Yesterday, while trying to test a find-replaceAll utility I had written, I started getting 'access denied' on BufferedWriter in
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Company Name after several wasted hours, I started de-installing everything down to a manual directory deletion. Did disk defrag and went back up this morning from what I thought was a clean install. Unable to get Tomcat to run even though I edited web.xml

Code:
|
<role rolename="manager"/>
<user username="ide" password="" roles="manager,role1" /> |
Shortly, I discover that this thing is tracking every keystroke to the millisecond. I install
|
Code:
|
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0\bin\tcnative-1.dll |
but still have not acclimatize to the fact that this thing made all my previously deleted, and I mean carefully deleted, work re-appear in the ide without ever issuing a single instruction.
With all the path pre-pending and dis-appearing cold folding I have named my home page in the browser:
Cold Slab Bank.html so that I would feel like I was going along with the program ..... in the past few days I had gotten to the point of writing a cryptographic grade randomizer just for making variable names because of the feeling of software installing and then rooting my work with an agenda. I have reset the pw several times, and just now edited web.xml from within NetBeans thinking it was a UTF-8 issue. Still IDE gets rejected by Tomcat on bad pw/username.
Any suggestions?
