I want to help (to gain experience)

I have been learning java on and off since February (2010). I pick up things quickly and I want to expand my horizons by offering small developers help with their projects. What I am offering is to dedicate a certain amount of time per week on your project, free of charge, so that I can gain good experience. It is for my benefit more than yours, so I would appreciate it if a developer with industry experience could take me on board (sort of like an apprentice) and delegated tasks to me.

I've written a 15,000 line ePOS system (for myself) to learn java. It is poorly written because I was learning java as I went along, but it looks good on the face. However, since then I have been looking up on good programming practices and I am rewriting the system now.

I've started basic android programming at the same time, so I sm familiar with the android environment.

I also have basic web (html, js, css, php, mysql) and graphic design (photoshop, illustrator) skills and recently sold a website to a local business.

Are you available for the JAVA jobs?
