If you are lookin for a Java related job
A really good way to get your foot in the door or to find a job is to post your resume to an IT recruiting agency. They always usually get back to you. A couple good ones that i have worked with as a Java developer are:
Comrise Tech, Tech Systems, and adecco. Comrise Tech is good because they always have like overseas jobs with lots of incentive and they always have really good jobs available for java devs. Most of the recruiting agencies have job searches too you can check out. I would definitely recomend anyone looking for a job or just starting out to check out recruiting agencies.

Comrise Technology-Your Global Resource Partner
Hi SeanTech23,
I definitely agree with you. I have never worked with Adecco and TekSystems, but I have worked with Comrise in the past and I can not even begin to explain how satisfied I am with my new job. Comrise has highly experienced professionals who understand a candidate's point-of-view.
Thanks,
sgrover
