For senior developers Essential skills include good knowledge of J2EE, JUnit, web services (Axis), XML, JDBC, SQL and Jboss.
Additional skills with Eclipse, MySQL, Solaris, SyncML, OMA DM would be highly advantageous.

When you say 'how about the work experience you are looking?' - do you mean how many years or somthing else?
To re-iterate I am looking for all levels of experience, from Graduates through to Senior.
If this is not what you meant by your question please let me know.

No I'm talking about this. As you said people work on industry also can applied for. In such cases are you worried about that on which industries and what they workout and such.

Yes I understand now, sorry!
Industry does not matter, as long as they have good skills and can fit into the team.
They would also need to be entitled to work in Germany.
Other than this it is quite open, I am actually looking to build the team with a further 25 developers so am looking for a strong mix of skills.
