SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
 5+ years of full-time/hands-on Java development experience with a proven ability to develop robust commercial applications
 Strong Internet technologies background including HTTP, SSL, XML, TCP/IP, Web Services etc.
 Windows and Linux / Unix experience is required. UNIX / Linux shell scripting experience is desired.
 Experience with commercial code and release management tools (e.g. Perforce, Clearcase, CVS)
 Experience in web site development
 Experience with Application Servers is required. Experience with the JBoss Application Server is strongly desired.
 Hands on software modeling experience (e.g. UML) and application of standard methodologies (e.g. RUP).
 J2EE experience (including Entity and Session EJBs, MDBs, JMS, JDBC etc) is strongly desired.
 Experience with Relational Databases and SQL is required. Experience with Oracle is strongly desired.
 Ability to identify problems and opportunities and champion solutions
 Ability to complete tasks on time and within budget in a climate of frequent change
 Ability to perform effectively with minimal management oversight
