Robert Half Technology is currently recruiting for Lead Application Developer with strong Front-End OOP experience for a contract to hire position in Midtown Manhattan for a leading marketing company.

Requirements
* At least five years experience with object oriented programming (ideally C++ or Java)
* Background must be front-end focused, not looking for backend

Also Desired
* Experience with Flex or Flash
* Knowledge of Windows and its APIs
* Experience with development of consumer applications
* Experience with Microsoft SQL
* HTML, DHTML, Javascript
