Want to be my java Coach ? Happy to pay

Hi,

I've just started working as a java engineer at a demanding company after being out of action for quite a while (was a web designer and hadn't worked with java for a few years).

We work with SQL, Sprocs, SmartGWT and I have back end and front end tasks. I am looking for someone who would be interested in answering some questions related to my work and who would also have time to meet up using skype and screen sharing software to go through some of the work with me and answer any questions.

I Would be happy to pay (although im not made of money).

Anyone interested, or have any ideas/suggestions?
