Experience

 Your area of expertise should ideally be in the field of medicine. As a Senior Developer you will be expected to:
 Provide specific areas of expertise within small development teams responsible for producing new products and supporting existing ones.
 Development of high quality client/server application in a Windows/Unix
environment.
 Mentor and assist other team members.
 Proven track record in design and development of new products/components utilising
Agile/Spirit Methodologies.
 Have the willingness to take component design and progress it through to development,
testing, validation documentation and delivery.

Role/Responsibility

 Should be highly analytical and technologically savvy, with strong
problem-solving skills and willing to work as part of a team.
 Experience working with HTML, JSP, EJB, Eclipse and data based technologies
(Oracle, MS, SQL)
 Develop creative solutions for complex and abstract problems.
 Gathering and documenting user requirements, analyzing data and
conducting unit, system, performance and quality assurance testing.
 Develop strong working relationship with Medical Professionals.
 An innovative, creative and flexible personality.
 Strong background in Java, OOP, Web Services and Java script and user interface
technologies.
 Hands on experience in Java 5.0, JavaScript, Oracle PL/SQL, XML, AJAX, MQ, Struts,
JSP, Eclipse IDE, FLEX, Design Patterns, Any mainstream application server e.g. Tomcat,
Weblogic.
 Familiarity with Apache Tomcat, Apache Web Server, UNIX commands and scripting, Ant, Aspect-J, JUnit
 Experience in Web Services development
 Providing technical and creative input into product development.

This role will ideally suit an out-going person with an interest in the medical/pharmaceutical field and a background in IT.
