Stock Picker and Neural Network

I'm working on a project in Java, that scans NASDAQ stocks from yahoo finance, scrapes various info, and determines a reasonable price for the stock. I'm looking for someone who is interested in helping add a feature to scrape news headlines and determine if the headline will have a positive or negative impact on the stock. I also want to add historical prices for commodities and other macro economic variables to search for trends. I'm hoping to add some sort of machine learning algorithm to the system. I'm looking for long-term partners and am willing to send over code.
