Looking For Java Developers For MMORPG

Hey Everyone Today i am looking for Java Developers to help me with a game idea i have.

Im not going to outline the idea in this thread mainly because its kinda hard to put a whole game idea in a thread

First off the idea isn't complete as i need to know how good the people who are working on the project are.

There will be no payment for how long you work or anything like that and there is no guarantee that you will be paid for your work. How you will get paid is based on how well the game goes and how many people start playing it. First off we are going to be a small team 1 - 3 Developers and then we will find modelers and so forth. This project is not for money so don't expect to join this to make money this project is to make a great game that people can play! We do not have a place where you have to work this will all be done over Skype (I dont like being formal).

Ok so what I want to know is how you are going to handle the network system, how are you going to handle the clients, are you going to use a networking library? How will you give them updates and send map information? Do you know anything about networking? If you can't answer most of these questions. Don't start making an MMORPG because chances are it will fail or hardly even get off the ground in the next few weeks.
