Looking for JAVA Developers/Programmers

Hello everyone!

I am Mary Ann and I work as a managing consultant at Drake International Philippines. Our company is currently in expansion and in line to that we are in need of JAVA DEVELOPERS/PROGRAMMERS to work full-time and help grow a internal pioneer team. Interested applicants must be willing to work in Makati City. Other job details as follows:

JAVA Developers/Programmers (URGENT HIRING)
National Capital Reg

Responsibilities:
Creates user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces.
Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.


Requirements:
Willing to be a part of a START-UP Team.
Must have potential to lead or become a team lead.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Java, J2EE, Java Scripting, HTML, XML, web applications and alike.
With experience in projects that involves SLDC (Software Life Development Cycle)
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Software Engineer/Programmer or System Analyst.
