    Default Application

I need an application done in any programming language.

Purpose: Test the randomness of the random generator.
Based on the research from PEAR (Abnormal Research)

    Random Generator's Specific's.
Generate 1000 total numbers per 3 seconds in 4 category's randomly.
So.. If it generates more in the Number 1 category it will move the mouse up a small amount.
    Category 2- Move right.
    Category 3- Move Down
    Category 4- move Left.

This generation process and mouse movement needs to be done every 3 seconds.

I would like this done ASAP.
Please post your price and time limit.

Can you post a link to the actual assignment or an image of the assignment itself so that there is no ambiguity?

Okay I will be more clear.. The project has changed a bit.

After starting program from splash screen: generate random number between 1-8 about 1000 times.
    If there are more
1's and 2's then any other number THEN Move Mouse UP a small amount.
So if the order of the Most generations is 1 then 2 OR 2 then 1 Then it should move the mouse UP
3's and 4's: Move mouse Down
5's and 6's: move mouse left
7's and 8's: move mouse right.
    9's and 10's: Click Mouse
If None Of the above patterns happen then the mouse should not move.

I can do this. But have a clarification here. You are generating only numbers from 1-8. So there is no chance that we get 9, 10. So mouse click will not happen at all.

For Eg: If the generation is 12431283213472521

No we have more 1's, 2's like 12431283213472521

so the mouse should move up. I can do this in Java.

That's what the Conspiracy of Science would have you believe.

But we are dealing with PEAR here and behind the veil of the unknown region, or tucked into dimensions unseen, are effects which will show the probability textbooks to be a fraud and a sham. Or something. I'm sure fraud and sham come into it somewhere...

And, yes, that link is to princeton.edu

I should have added that Princeton (after an embarrassing length of time) sent these folk on their way in 2007.

They can now be found at "International Consciousness Research Laboratories". By their own account they are deeply creative investigators expanding the boundaries and strengthening the foundations of science by reclaiming its spiritual heritage.

Along with spiritual heritage they also flog off DVDs at $50 a piece.

Then there's Psyleron who offer a product more along the lines of what the OP is cooking up. The "REG-1 Random Event Generator" is a snip at $285. "It is useful to think of the REG-1 as an electronic coin flipper" we are told. But wait! There's more! (there had better be for $285) It's ... Quantum!

"Discoveries made at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) laboratory have shown that consciousness and intention can influence the behavior of quantum electronic devices".

I wouldn't expect readers of this forum to be content with the Lite edition. You'll want the SDK, right? The anodized aluminum casing? The built in Remote Access Server? And you needn't be disappointed: the Professional edition is available now and could be under your tree this Christmas for just $599.

You'll be able to gush like Physics Undergraduate Student, USA "I have an REG-1 Standard. I use it for self-exploration, and for demonstrating the effect to my friends..."

And at $599 the charlatens - sorry: deeply creative investigators - at Psyleron will be able to enjoy more than a few bottles of spiritual heritage at your expense this festive season.
