Not much of a chance of getting bites on this one given the starting "salary", and also that you've posted this in "jobs wanted" rather than "jobs offered". Why not learn some Java yourself and try to code this yourself?

The online side is only one part of the business, it is an important part of the overall product-service mix but I will be concentrating on the core part where I know I'm good at and will be more useful for the company. And as I mentioned on the earlier post anyone interested can send me an email and I will tell more about the business idea.

I disagree about that he will ask about to sent money. Usually people want to do own business, but they don't have much money for start and they try to find something which work without payment first time. and if he has good idea he will be get good result. But I try to speak with this person about your idea and don't see any details plan what he wants to do. It is a pity.
