Senior technical service engineer

SENIOR TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER (APPLICATION & SOFTWARE)
Technical support for demo truck presentations and trial and testing projects.
Efficient solving of technical issues (i.e. support call center with solution).
Software installation, configuration and testing.
Technical support and trouble shooting.
Permanent professional improvement and trainings.
Maintain the good relationship with customer, responsible for customer satisfaction.
Respecting confidentiality internal rules.
Independently work as level three or above engineering technical responsible owner in the region, independently responsible for regional major office upgrade, reconstruction and service delivery. Output qualified documents.
Guide and help lower level engineers to improve basic skills. Work as the tutor of new employees.
Teach lower level employees actively with the working skills and experience.
Performs other duties as required by the supervisor
Requirements (higher weighting more important):
10: 3+ years experience in telecommunications in the field of application and software.
10: Advanced knowledge of UNIX/LINUX, Windows 2003 Server, Informix or Oracle or DB2, SQL Server, Data Communication Skill (Cisco), Java, SS7, Intelligent Network, IPTV, Voice mail.
10: Familiar with mobile communication, IMS, telecom VAS, etc.
10: Ability to understand the customer’s needs in order to design the desired solution.
9: Good business relationship with telecom industry consultant, analyst institute.
Budapest (Travelling time will be ~30%, countries will be in side CEE, such as Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria).
