Currently I am looking for an experienced Java Solutions Architect for my client in Amsterdam.

It's an inhouse position and you will be working closely in a multi-national development team.

The main responsibilities:
- successful design and realization of solid solutions for clients
- integrating the clients products (based on web oriented architecture) to diverse IT landscapes
- aligning with the customer's architects and deliver a sounds technical design for the developing of a complete 'lightweight' architecture, which is of course also scalable, performing, secure, and maintainable
- work hands on and willing to take the design to the realization and delivery phases

THE IDEAL PROFILE
- proven track record as a Java Solutions Architect
- experience in large scale projects (eg; large amount of users and integration of various services)
- experience in designing software architectures that address aspects such as security, deployment, performance, caching, sizing, scalability, and service availability
- hands on experience on Spring Security and SSO is an advantage
- integration with CMS, CRM and other systems in SOA architecture is preferable
- excellent communication skills in English, and preferably also in Dutch
- author of technical architecture documentation & user of UML
- customer focused
- experienced in making key decisions and ability to lead teams
