Hiring a JAVA coder...

I didn't know where to post this guys. I apologise if it's in the wrong place.

I run a RuneScape Classic daemon which is basically a online JAVA game that uses a JAVA coded client and server. We have over 10,000 unique hits daily and have 100-250 players online at all times. It's very active, and we're very close to becoming the biggest RuneScape Classic server online.

We're about to release a membership scheme to help pay for the server and future developers, but we've come against a few problems that our current developers can't fix. I don't want to let the 6,500 registered players down but I cannot solve this myself.

I'm prepared to pay someone a percentage of the income to write some fixes for me. My current developers will be able to explain the system very quickly, but we simply don't have the experience to fix it ourselves.
