    Default devloper to devlop the DigiChat for me

    i want devloper to devlop the DigiChat v4 for me

    im want

    1- add on the chat window some buttons (txt color,bold font,italic font)

    2-want be can give any user or modoretor stars icons beside the public icon

    3-change the icon in task bar in the java program ( DigiChat ) to my privat icon

    4-bar news in on the chat window (can mange it )

    5-System smart band with the contry

    6-Change the password of FTP from chatmaster and others .

    7-hiden of the supervisors for chatmaster

    8-can change the color room name and backgrond color

    9-add status bar (ide,busy,avlaible, on forum, ........)

    10-i have ex: for it if i need
