    Post Java Programmer

Job Description: Expert java programmer to work on a complex application. We have a team of 4 Java programmers and looking to hire one more person. You will be working on a desktop application that will communicate with a server component. You will be responsible for all aspects of programming this application (the server and the desktop component). It's a very exciting project that is going to be a very powerful application.

To apply for this job please first do the simple test that is included on this site. Then if selected you will go on to do a one month test. The one month test is very difficult. We also expect you to take a lower salary during this one month (one half of your normal full time salary). This project will take at least 2 years to complete so it's not a short term project. We can make payment however you would like to organize it. The salary is appropriate for experienced and competent programmers in India, the Philippines and other locations that we are hiring from.

Pay Amount: $1000 to $1400 USD per month
Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements: You will be working from home, so need to have your own computer and Internet access and a quiet place to work from. If you are currently in a full time job, but are VERY confident in your abilities then we are open to you working part time whilst doing the one month test and then later can look at moving to full time work. When working you will need to use our proprietary tracking software which will determine how many hours you are working.

Other skills / Qualifications: You need to be very experienced in Java, and preferably also some other web technologies such as PHP/ MySql etc. You should be a programming genius. Average level programmers need not apply.

I don't care while I am living in Europe, and the subsistence level reaches at least 2000$ per month, so I won't spend a single minute in such company while having a High Education and experience of some years in programming. Agreed?

Point being that, while these guys may seem like they are trying to rip people off they aren't, fact is if you lived over there as a programmer it would seem like quite decent money, and in time I think European and States prices will seem like below minimum wage to them, and we will have to consider moving...

Job was offered to India and Phillipeans no point replying unless you live there and are interested, or are considering moving there.

As you can notice it is intended for all people from other locations likewise. And the work is from home. The other point is that many firms win the software dev tenders from Europe, Australia, Canada, USA etc. from the developed countries, I point that the software firm or company in such countries can earn a good money, so why then not to pay the developers in the same way?

    Is it a webcam?
I think that I wouldn't care that my developers did the program at hours they wanted or how much time they developed it, I would need the program to be coded in time
