    Hello, jackchang

I m Jenny Thomas ,I Just want to share one concept with you. I found that you are in urgent need of Java employees, so searching for employees time to time is somewhat tedious i think so. So why don't you go for Virtual Employees Concept . Hiring a Java Employees on virtual basis is better option then going for real time employees . Hiring virtual employees will also save your time and it is much cost effective as compared to real employees.

Actually I m taking the virtual employees services from one of the US based company named as MarketRaise Corp ,really wonderful experience for me. Now it is easy for me to increase my profits .I found some reasonable prices in
MarketRaise as compared to other companies and they also provides some system by which I can keep a regular track on my work which they were carrying there.

I feel that hiring a virtual employee is much more cost effective then the hiring the regular employees’ .Really very nice experience for me.

    Thank you
    Jenny
