Default Migrating From Spring to Struts

    Hello Friends...
I am currently working as J2EE(Spring MVC) developer in Nagpur...
I have got an job offer from another company...There also, my profile is going to be J2EE Developer. But, instead of Spring, I have to work on struts there.
The salary being offered to me there is little bit more(not much) than the current one..
So, please suggest me whether I should go with this new company or should I stay with the current one....

    Thanks & Regards,
    Sumit

Of course. Go on new job. Really if you want to improve your profession skills you must change your job each two or three years.

with that being said, would it be difficult to get a higher position if you keep going with other companies? does that have loyalty issues that the HR department might bring up?
