I've just finished a '101' Java unit and am now looking for experience with Java-based open source projects.

I'd like to contribute to a few open source projects over the coming years to build my experience on my CV and continue my learning.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

I looked through SourceForge and became quite lost!
