Skill set required are as below:
Experience:
* Required: 5+ years of experience in developing distributed Java server side applications
* Required: Strong grasp of fundamental computer science concepts: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and object oriented design
* Required: Bachelor degree in computer science or related fields.
* Required: working knowledge of Flex, Life cycle data services or Blaze DS
* Nice to have: at least 2 years experience working in the financial industry
* Nice to have: knowledge of fixed income instruments, especially FX.

Technical:
* Proficient in core Java development, Weblogic server side development, Java Messaging, Hibernet
* Experience working with databases/stored procedures/Hibernet;Oracle, scripting knowledge in Linux/UNIX environment
* Nice to have: FIX protocol,, middlewares such as Tibco EMS, Tibco RV.
