    Default Autoincrement field in JavaDB

How can I add an autoincrement field in an existing JavaDB table?
When I use INSERT INTO statement what should I put as value for the autoincrement field?

You really need to go through the docs.
It will be an ALTER TABLE command.

As for the insert, you don't include the field at all.
Please do not ask for code as refusal often offends.
