JDBC view

Hello everybody. I am new in java programming language, and i want to know about this programming language.
I had a big confuse about JDBC, actually about JDBC view. Meaby there are one of you want to help me. What is JDBC view, and what will this be used for. I am very easy to understand if the explainations about that wrote in example.
