Not URGENT to us. And that remark will simply turn people off.

As far as an "easy to work with" reporting tool (and I have no idea why you SHOUTED those words), that would depend on your definition of "easy to work with", which, of course, depends on your skill level. Judging by the little I have to go on (which is only this post), I can't say as I like your chances of finding one.

Alrite .. "easy to work with " signifies i have less time for this task to be completed .. i want less overheads like 1st configuring the tool .. wht i want is, a choice of a reporting tool which is easy to work as per yours and others experience .. and then the process to use it and generate reports..
Wht the heck this has to do with others skill ... Are we here to check other's skill and proove someone better than other (like "masijade"-->easy to work with", which, of course, depends on your skill level).. ?? or we are here to help each other ....
Arrogant replies doesnt make anyone better . Mr. masijade.. I
think u got ma point ...

If anyone knows some thing regarding this .. it will b of gr8 help..

Because it does. Someone highly skilled in the language (and other similar libraries) will find something that most "average" people to consider to be, at least, moderately complicated "easy to work with", whereas someone who is just beginning will find something that most "average" people consider to be, at most, moderately complicated "impossible to work with".

So, how does it not pertain to skill level?

You will also find that the more skilled professionals are also those least likely to mark their forum posts as "URGENT" or to write as though they are typing on a telephone pad rather than a keyboard, or to go off on juvenile rants, so, yes, a "rough" estimate of someone's skill level can be made from their posts here, without ever once having posted any kind of code.

    How much time?
.. i want less overheads like 1st configuring the tool
And how much configuration is too much configuration (not to mention overheads).
.. wht i want is, a choice of a reporting tool which is easy to work as per yours and others experience
I don't think you'd like my definition of it.

Edit: Especially since I am more concerned with flexibility as "easy to work with" is often times no longer "easy to work with" the first time you have to "make just a few small changes".

And have you tried JasperReports (as already suggested), yet? And how is its "easy to work with" meter?

That is one of, if not the, leader(s) in that category (reporting, that is).
