WARNING NetBeans HTTP Monitor

Hi,
I have a problem in my jsp when I try to collect the value from the textbox, and error shows up in /*bundled tomcat */

Code:

Monitor module is disabled. To fix this problem, go to the IDE and 
either set your server not to use the HTTP Monitor in the Server

what does it mean?
