it has everything you need, unfortunately its complex and you need to read a lot first.
Second and not least
go to
Tomcat Apache and get a 5.5 Tomcat .exe(i presume your in MS-Win but if not you can simply unload from a tar.gz - note youe must have a JDK to run it and supply CATALINA_HOME variable to you PATH of your computer)
