Browser's back button refresh the pages

when IE's back button is pressed, need to refresh the JSP,
steps involved, might b:
1. turn off the cache (Done!)
2. Auto refresh??
instead of getting error page that "Page has been expired" (because of caching off) i would like this page to be auto refreshd.
any sols??

i dont think one can do this....but still i'm studying this now....will get back 2 u in few days

put method =post in form the input data will get refreshed.If this is not t case revert back

Hello. I know this is an old post, just trying to keep from asking a new question. But if that is preferred on this forum, let me know and I will post a new question. I did do a search to see if this topic has been asked/answered.

My question is similar to the OP. I have a JSP webportal for work that I have to authenticate to log into. It has a time out set to 30 minutes, and it causes a real delay having to relogin what seems like every time I turn around. So, is there anyway to force an autorefresh? The normal Firefox plugins do not work as there is no right click context menu to enable the feature to refresh ever 5 or 15 minutes, etc. F5 doesn't work. And I tried what was suggested with this post. In fact, I have tried every key on the keyboard. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
