I just want to know when this tag is used in jsp's , what are all the other areas we can use this tag..............

I also think it's Struts HTML tags . You need add library Struts into Project order to use it .

base: Renders a HTML base element .
errors: Conditionally renders a set of accumulated error message .
hidden: Renders a hidden field .
javascrips: Render JavaScrips ....

Every roseindia page I've seen is cr@p. I wouldn't expect the page linked by quapvuit to be any different. As Tools has said twice, read the Struts documentation.
