insert data using checkboxes in mySQL using jstl

hey guys:) i made an online store with a table where data is retrieved from a database, on the table in my page, i added a new column for checkboxes, what i want is to let users click on the checkboxes to choose what items they want to buy, fill up a form, and when they click "submit", the data would then appear on another database, anybody know how i could do that?my code doesn't seem to work.thank you.
