    Hello, Are there any open source web template/ web content management systems that are easy to use?

    I want a template with editable Top, bottom, and side bar.

    Any suggestions?

    I like vqwiki, but one that only admin can edit pages.

    I know one of my TA's in the past used Drupal to set up a content management system for our group projects.

    The end result was good, but I don't know how much altering to standard Drupal templates was needed.
