e-mailing in web application ......?

Hi Members,

In my application, im having a e-mail icon, in which when i click the icon, my local outlook express has to open and in it i have to set my default file path for attachment and if i click send, the current file which is in the attachment path has to be send to the destination of the given e-mail address..

But this is not point to the given attachement path...

Please anyone help me in this......

Are you asking how you can send an HTML page to a client and have that client click on a button and have the client's email application pick up a file from his disk and send it via email to you?
I hope this is not possible!

No no... im asking this thing to work in my jsp page and when i click the email icon in my application, my email client should open and the 'path which i mention in attachment' should be set as default and to whom ever i need to send the email, i can send..........


not in client's machine....... in my application....

Hope you would have got me...
