First I advise you to sort out with separately with each technology. Then you can integrate their yourself

First i have done it with jsf then i added hibernate to it but i m not getting proper documentation or example to start with spring ,i got some example for springmvc but i am using jsf so i dontneed full mvc architecture. so please send me any link or documentation if you know

Well, Spring this complex framework, which consist of many modules.
You can use Spring for create layer DAO e.i. you make integrate with Hibernate. You can use Spring transaction Spring DAO Integration
Then you can use Spring for manager bean in JSF Integrating Spring and JSFSkype: petrarsentev
