problem install java ee 6

Hello! I've a problem installing java ee 6. I downloaded and installed it for a first time in "/home/jesus/glassfish3", but i forgot to allow the installer to download and configure the Update Tool. So i deleted the program by "rm -r /home/jesus/glassfish3", and later i realised that first I had to stop all domains and other related processes, and then run uninstall!!!

And now, when I try to reinstall, the install process blocks when it reaches 41%!

What can i do??
