Well, actually the best book is Core JavaServer Faces, published by Sun Microsystems Press.

I have read only the Javaserver faces the complete reference. Can you come out with the reasons why Core JavaServer Faces is better than Javaserver faces the complete reference? This will be very useful for us.Well, actually the best book is Core JavaServer Faces, published by Sun Microsystems Press.

I think they are both good books. In my opinion, Core JSF is friendlier for programmers who want to implement a JSF application, but hey, I wrote part of it. The other book covers a lot of technical detail but perhaps doesn't give you as much guidance what is useful for you.
