    Default textbox value to procees in visual jsf

    how can i get a parameter from the visual jsf page.

    i have a textbook and i would like to process it when i click on the button.

    current code is:
    int carID = 5;

    change to:
    int carID = txtEnter;

    how do fixed this ?

    i got a textbook name txtEnter
