ZK is an Ajax Java Web framework that enables rich UIs for Web applications with little programming. With event-driven components and an XUL-based markup language, developing is as simple as programming desktops and authoring HTML. Scripting languages include but are not limited to Java, JavaScript, Ruby, and Groovy.

Changes

Over 26 new features were added and 37 bugs were fixed. Forward attributes now support passing objects. All components now support keyevent. More ease-of-use utilities were introduced.
