I2P is an anonymizing network, offering a simple layer that identity-sensitive applications can use to securely communicate. All data is wrapped with several layers of encryption, and the network is both distributed and dynamic, with no trusted parties.

This unscheduled release disables the RouterInfo verification messages that were used in the attack published in the UCSB paper, which should make correlating a LeaseSet and a Router much more difficult. It also includes a limited number of other fixes listed below
